Notes & Details
These are from the main British military round used in WWII. They were fired from Lee Enfield rifles, Bren guns and Vickers machine guns. The calibre is 7.7mm and they are slightly longer and heavier in shape. They were used for training, coastal defence and live firing practice all around the UK. Talacre was close to military activity, so finding lots of .303 is very normal. They represent British forces preparing and defending during the war.
